1. Visual Inspection & Estimate
When a vehicle arrives at our shop, we first perform a visual inspection and provide a preliminary estimate. We want customers to have enough information to make decisions about their collision repairs. We also want to make their experience as stress-free as possible. As soon as you make a call to us, you can be sure you are in good hands. We have great relationships with insurance companies and are happy to work with them on your behalf! We will help write the estimate, handle a claim as needed, and work with the insurance provider to ensure each vehicle is repaired properly! If your vehicle is still drivable after the collision, we can order the parts we will need ahead of your actual repairs to cut down on the time your car is in shop. We even offer a night dropbox to make things easier for you.
2. Remove Damaged Areas & Perform A Second Inspection
Once a vehicle is in the shop and is ready to be repaired, we will remove the damaged body work and complete a second inspection of what’s underneath. Then, we can address any other issues that couldn’t be seen initially. If more damage is found, a supplement report will be completed and sent with digital images to the insurance company. Once approved, any additional parts will be ordered and an updated completion date will be provided for the customer. We keep you in the loop the whole time! While we don’t hope to discover underlying problems with your car, it’s a good idea to plan ahead for this step of the collision repair process.
3. Return Vehicle To Like Factory New
Then, using the finest state-of-the-art equipment we return the vehicle to its pre-accident, factory condition quickly and professionally. We remove damaged parts, prime, paint, and reassemble your car to good as new conditions! All work is thoroughly checked for quality standards before we give our stamp of approval. Then, the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned inside and out and taken for a test drive. After your vehicle is inspected one last time, we will notify you that it is ready for pick up and you’ll be back behind the steering wheel and back to focusing on the many happy roads ahead!
